Among the best relate to China – the replicator initiative, restrictions on Chinese advanced tech, and military aid for Taiwan – as well as his support for Israel and Ukraine. Among the worst were his slow rolling aid to Ukraine, softness on Iran, student loan forgiveness… and running for reelection.
